The villa is built from honey coloured sandstone and is private having its own large stone walled one donum plot. There are three good sized bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor – with the Master Bedroom (en-suite) being located on the first floor and benefiting from a large roof terrace with superb views. There is separate Family Bathroom which along with the en-suite has marble floors/walls.
