Letting Period
The properties are let for any number of days of 7 days or more.
Booking
A non refundable deposit of 20% of the total rent charge is payable on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Receipt of your deposit will be acknowledged by post or email.
Cancellation Charges
Up to 8 weeks Deposit
Up to 55 to 29 days 60% of total cost
Up to 28 days 100% of total cost
Refundable Bond
This is £100 per week against breakages or damage. It is payable with the balance of your payment 8 weeks prior to departure. It is returned to you within four weeks after the end of your holiday. In the event of cancellation it is always refunded.
